SentriKey® Care Platform
Manage access and audit home visits by Caregivers
Designed specifically for the Care Industry, the SentriKey Care Platform is a bespoke system that allows managing access to the SentriKey Care Key Safes and tracks every visit carried out with the app. The platform is cloud-based, so you can login on any device with an internet connection.
It has multiple carefully selected features. In real time, you can set up and manage clients, locate your key safes, assign or remove service providers to specific key safes and audit their visits. In addition, an integrated calendar displays the status of the visit: whether it took place, if the Carer was late or was unable to provide care.
The SentriKey Care Platform provides absolute transparency and traceability. All access permissions, including codes generated for one-time entry, are assigned to a specific individual or for a specific, named reason. The Reports section on the platform allows tracking access, one-day code generation and inventory.

Access Care Platform Features
Locate and manage clients’ key safes
See all of your installed key safes in a list report or on a map. Key safes can be recirculated and allocated to a different client’s address.
Manage care providers
Add and manage users and care providers that have access to your key safes. Set up different access permissions from an administrator to a key safe user.
Add or remove access in minutes
Access to specific key safes can be granted or revoked in a few clicks, without attending the property.
Generate codes for emergency access
Use the platform to generate a one-day code for emergencies. Each such visit is named for access tracking and the code is valid only until midnight on a selected date.
Full access history and reporting
Run access, code generation and asset reports. The platform allows full transparency and traceability for auditing purposes.
