A secure and cost-effective key access solution for the Care Sector
The SentriKey Care access solution is a cost-effective and much more secure alternative to mechanical key safes. The system was created specifically for the Care Industry, with patients’ safety and care providers’ needs for an effective and traceable property access system for visits in mind.
With SentriKey Care, keys are stored in an electronic key safe at the point of entry, while all access is managed using an online platform. Patient visits can be completed with an app that provides full traceability, including entry and exit times, as well as the name and company of the care provider.
In case of an emergency, keys can be retrieved with a manually entered code. For safety reasons, the codes are not permanent; one-day access codes are generated on the SentriKey Care platform and expire at midnight on the assigned date, so they cannot be shared for any future use.
SentriKey Care is a remotely managed and completely auditable system, which provides service providers, patients and their families with confidence and peace of mind.

A visit calendar on the platform allows viewing of all past and upcoming visits and their status: completed, missed, arrived late, visit completed or unable to provide care.

Keynetics has developed a Champions Training Programme with a range of materials, including guides and video tutorials, for a smooth transition and full confidence in managing the system and using the app.
