SentriKey® Care App
A traceable access solution for Carers
The SentriKey® Care app is a secure and traceable access tool, created for Carer home visits. It is used with the SentriKey® Care Key Safe and the platform, and only allows access to the allocated key safes.
The app is very user-friendly and includes simple step-by-step instructions on opening key safes. It has various features, including confirmation if the care has been provided to a client, and a safety monitor.
Every access, including property entry and exit times, as well as care provider’s details, is logged, allowing full traceability on the system.
The SentriKey® Care App is supported by both iOS and Android.
SentriKey® Care App Features
Quick, secure & traceable key safe access
Simple to use, the app allows access to keys without compromising security. App access can be granted and revoked in minutes by the property administrator on the platform.
Carer visit confirmation and audits
On entry, attending Carers are asked to confirm if they are able to provide care. When returning keys, they then confirm if the care was provided.
Real time access notifications
Up to 5 client’s contacts can receive a text message or an email notification every time the visit has started.
Staff safety monitor
on-site
An additional interactive feature can be activated for lone worker safeguarding. Once on-site and if in danger, the selected contacts will be notified to take action.
