SentriKey® Access App
A quick and simple key access for approved users.
Used alongside the SentriKey® lockbox and the platform, our SentriKey Access app is designed for lockbox access by authorised users only.
Once a specific lockbox permission is configured on the Access platform, a user can log in to the app, which connects to the lockbox via Bluetooth, and access keys in seconds. An individual app user can have access to multiple lockboxes, as long as their permissions have been set up by the administrator.
The app is very user-friendly and includes simple step-by-step instructions on opening the key safe.
It also includes various great features, such as live upload of notes and photos while onsite, missing key reporting, and user safety monitor. Most importantly, every access is recorded, allowing full traceability on the system, including property entry and exit times.
The SentriKey Access app is supported by both iOS and Android.

Quick and secure key access
The app is simple to use and allows instant access to the keys without compromising security. App access can be granted and revoked remotely by the property
administrator.
Note and photo uploads
Log information and upload photos taken onsite, including visit reports, records of any issues or proof of service.
Missing key reporting
App users can report keys missing from a lockbox. A live update is then sent to the platform, informing an administrator, and allowing key tracing through previous access reports.
Real-time access notifications
Up to 5 contacts per lockbox can receive live SMS or email notifications every time a lockbox is opened with the app.
Safety monitor while on-site
An additional interactive feature for lone worker protection can be enabled when required. The selected app user’s contacts will be notified to take action.
